  1. Products & Services — We offer custom digital wedding invitations, video invitations, caricature artworks, and wedding website templates. All products are digital and delivered electronically.
  2. Ordering Process — Orders are placed via our website or WhatsApp. Customers must provide accurate information for personalization. Once confirmed and paid, orders enter our production pipeline.
  3. Pricing & Payment — Prices are listed on each product page. Payment is required in full before production begins. We accept UPI, bank transfers, and other methods as displayed.
  4. Intellectual Property — All designs, illustrations, and content are the property of Velvetbug. Customers receive a personal-use license. Commercial redistribution is prohibited.
  5. Delivery — Standard delivery time is based on the design package selected. Express delivery may be available at additional cost.
  6. Refunds and Cancellations — Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are only available under specific conditions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
  7. Limitation of Liability — Velvetbug is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
  8. Communication — By placing an order, you consent to receive order-related communications via email and WhatsApp.

Refund Policy

At Velvetbug, we take great pride in offering premium, personalized digital designs. Due to the custom nature of our products, we adhere to a strict yet fair refund policy.

Non-Refundable Items: All digital wedding invitations and caricature artworks are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable once the design process has begun or the final files have been delivered. Instant download or template-based purchases are also non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued only if (a) Order was not started within the promised timeline due to our delay, (b) A duplicate payment was made by error, (c) The product delivered is significantly different from what was agreed upon (subject to review).

Refund Process: Email support@velvetbug.in with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Policy

At Velvetbug, we specialize in custom digital wedding invitations and caricatures. Since all our products are digital in nature, no physical shipping is involved.

  1. Delivery Format — All products are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or Google Drive link.
  2. Processing & Delivery Time — Standard delivery time varies depending on the product type and customization level. Express delivery may be available at an additional cost.
  3. Revisions and Final Delivery — Each order includes a set number of revisions. Final delivery is made after customer approval.
  4. Failed Delivery — If delivery fails due to incorrect email or phone number, it is the customer's responsibility. Re-delivery may be arranged.
  5. No Physical Shipping — No shipping charges, no tracking numbers, no physical package.
